**You have 30 days to complete class once registered or course reinstatement fee will be required

After registering for EdApp, you will complete all assignments in the course. Upon completion of the online requirements, you will complete the final exam and practical assignment.. Once you have met all requirments, you will receive your certificate of completion, in EdApp.

Each student is required to demonstrate their knowledge obtained in the course. Each student has 2 options of how they can submit this part of course.
Options include:
1. Complete in person at live class
2. Demonstrate over zoom using appointments link below

Upon completion, your name will be submitted for verification through the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment for validation and acceptance of your completion of the QMAP course. To visit the verification website, follow this link below:
